All of our systems are designed to manage the requirements for our customers and shipping partners, as it will not return any shipments before your approval such as refusal or non-response, Diggipacks systems work intelligently to accept or refuse to return orders to the stock in case the reason for return is not confirmed

How do we make sure that orders is returned to your inventory?

When the system is updating that there are products to be returned by the shipping companies for some reason

Notifications are sent to your client dashboard for 48 hours period to notify us in case you already approved to return the order

If no reply within 48 hours, text messages will be sent to your customer to make sure that they don't want to receive your order.

In case our client didn't confirm the to RTC, then we will return to the client inventory.

Return process

We check the returned products, we sort out the damaged ones and we will return it to our customer after approval. We agree with our clients on all conditions of return of the shelf. We manage recharge return and its physical consequences.
